Refund policy

If you wish to return your loungewear, you have 48 hours to send a return email to thegrlthatgrindsapparel@gmail.com, stating the reason for the return along with pictures of the items. The items must remain unopened and unworn in their original packaging. Your return request must be approved before shipping back to the warehouse, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

For exchanges due to sizing issues, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you with the exchange process. A reshipping fee will be applied to your order, and we require the return of the purchased items to our warehouse before reshipping can occur.
